Is £21.99 really all I pay?

Yes. £21.99 covers your case and free delivery. There are no hidden fees or shipping surcharges at checkout.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't right?

If your case arrives damaged, faulty, or noticeably different from the preview you approved, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Because every case is made to order for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. Our returns page has the details.

How tough is the case?

It's a dual-layer case: a rigid polycarbonate shell with a shock-absorbing TPU lining, drop-tested to military standard MIL-STD-810H (10 drops from 2.5 m onto steel). Your design is printed edge to edge with the ink embedded in the glossy shell, so it resists scratches.

How long until I receive my case?

Each case is made to order. Typical turnaround is 5–8 business days including printing and delivery.

Will anyone else have the same design?

Designs you create in our studio are generated just for you and never repeated. Designs in our shop are original artwork you'll only find at Aura Cases, though other customers can order them too.

Does it work with MagSafe?

Yes. Every case has a built-in magnet ring that works with MagSafe chargers, wallets, car mounts and stands.

Art, Not a Sticker

Your design is printed edge to edge with the ink embedded in the glossy shell. It isn't a sticker or a surface coating, so it resists scratches and stays bright.

Drop-Tested Tough

Tested to military standard MIL-STD-810H: dropped 10 times from 2.5 m onto steel. A rigid polycarbonate shell, a shock-absorbing TPU lining, and raised edges around the screen and camera.

MagSafe Ready

Built-in magnet ring — not a separate add-on. Full compatibility with Apple chargers, wallets, car mounts, and stands. Snaps on perfectly, every time.
