- Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Design prompts: The text you type to generate your case design. We do not store these after your session ends.
- Usage data: Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) collected by Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To manufacture and ship your custom phone case (via our print-on-demand fulfilment partner).
- To send order confirmation and shipping/tracking emails.
- To process refunds or handle support requests.
- To improve our website and services.
4. Third Parties
We share your data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant).
- Print-on-demand partner — order fulfilment and shipping (EU-based).
- Resend — transactional emails (tracking notifications).
- Google — AI image generation via Gemini (text prompts only, no personal data).
We do not sell your data to any third party.

Order data is retained for 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
