These terms govern your use of auracases.co.uk and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Aura Cases is a trading name of Simpaira Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
1. Products
All phone cases are custom-manufactured to order using your AI-generated design. Each case is a dual-layer polycarbonate + TPU tough case with a premium gloss print. MagSafe compatibility is available on supported iPhone models.
2. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The current price is £21.99 per case including free worldwide shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, orders already placed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
3. Orders & Payment
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- An order confirmation is sent to the email provided at checkout.
- Since every case is custom-made, production begins immediately after payment.
4. Shipping
All orders ship free worldwide via tracked postal services. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping page for details.
5. Returns & Refunds
As each case is custom-manufactured, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will issue a full refund or replacement if your case arrives damaged or defective. See our Returns page for the full policy.
6. AI-Generated Designs
- Designs are generated by AI based on your text prompt. Results may vary.
- You are responsible for ensuring your prompt does not infringe third-party intellectual property.
- We reserve the right to refuse production of designs containing offensive, illegal, or trademarked content.
- You retain rights to your generated design for personal use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simpaira Ltd's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
