Custom-Made Products
Every Aura Case is custom-manufactured to your unique AI-generated design. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, as outlined under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (exceptions for bespoke/personalised goods).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your case arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the preview shown at checkout, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
To claim, email info@simpaira.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number or email address used at checkout
- A clear photo of the issue
We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Wrong Phone Model
If you accidentally ordered for the wrong phone model, contact us as soon as possible. If your case hasn't entered production yet, we can update the order at no extra cost.
Lost in Transit
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
