Where's my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. If it's been more than 5 business days without a tracking update, email us with your order details and we'll look into it.

My case arrived damaged

Sorry about that! Send us a photo of the damage and your order details. We'll send a free replacement or full refund. See our Returns page for details.

I ordered the wrong phone model

Contact us immediately. If your case hasn't entered production, we can update it at no extra cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Since cases are custom-made, production begins shortly after payment. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel before production starts.
